Plaster hole expertise

I think I posted this in the wrong section before but any advice would be wonderful. A hole on my bedroom wall has appeared under the window after a bit of damp. The pictures below show what it looks like. Peering in, I wanted to know whether people thought there was much asbestos in the plaster here.

Or whether its just a wall. With bricks. And plaster.

Yeah it's full of asbestos, you can see it if you know what you are looking for.

It's horse hair or similar mixed in the plaster.
