crosswater shower (bathstore metro) with 3 controls. flow to shower, thermo, flow to bath filler.

getting very poor hot water flow through the valve. suspect blocked inlet filter - is there one on these valves and if so where is is?

possible that it may be a failed non return valve - are these built into the shower?

anybody seen one of these and repaired it?

NRVs are usually white plastic things with holes about 6mm, shoved up the inlets.
Unfortunately some of their mixers are so naff you might NEED the NRVs!

Obvious questions I'm sure you've thought of:
the supply pressure...
not got H and C reversed
Not got a twisted shower hose
??

Take everything OFF that you can - including the valve itself, and check the flow.

Crosswater products have serious design flaws and quality control issues. Bathstore sells these products and then takes no responsibility when they break, making you deal directly with Crosswater, who are a terrible company to deal with -unreliable, untruthful and slow.

Look at the review sites for confirmation: just ignore the fefoo site as Bathstore pays them a monthly fee. you'll see what I mean when you google Bathstore review.
