We don't have laptops! We have HHT's (hand held terminals) and the customer pays before we go out so why would we need to know the prices?

Fixed price from Heateam was £270. They offered me the option of their repair and cover which is £25 per month for 12 months (£300) so I went with that seeing as this was the third fault. That included this repair and any further repairs in the next 12 months.

Anyway, it turned out to be the PCB. Glad it wasn't just a small cheap fault otherwise I would have felt hard done by!

Our xmas has sucked so far...
wife fell down stairs and fractured a rib
a tom cat got in our house and p***ed unded my sons bed
the boiler broke
my son broke a snow globe and got glass everywhere
and now our drivers side window has come off its runners and is half hanging out of the door!
