Hi

I have a problem with the boiler where the hot water only heats up if the switch is set on the heating and hot water setting. Doesn't work on just the hot water setting. As you can imagine this is fine in the winter but becoming a bit of a nightmare in the summer as don't want the heating on so we can have showers etc

slight update.

have got the boiler to kick in when its only on hot water setting when you run the tap. the problem is that the water only gets luke warm and no hotter?

Have you looked at a calendar lately bud
When the hot tap is on and you don't think you are getting hot enough water can you feel the 22mm pipes under the boiler and see if one is getting hot?
