Diverter valve and head changed and now theres no heating?

Ive just changed the diverter valve and head on an Ideal Isar M30100 and its stuck on "D".... The water is red hot but the central heating isn't warming up?????

When you turn the boiler off and back on you can see the motor operating the valve and "c" is displayed for a split second then it moves back to "D"?

bled the radiators and still nothing?

It was heating the rads constantly and providing hot-ish water but the CH couldn't be turned off...... now nothing?

Have you turned isolating valves off under boiler?
Have you got external controls ?
