glow worm 15hx keeps switching off

i have a new glow worm 15hx but it keeps cutting out after a few minutes

i have new pump new 3 way valve the plumber has tried to get all the air out but it keeps cutting out and he says he has no idea why sometimes its only 2 or 3 minutes before it cuts out sometimes a bit longer

anybody have any ideas

He needs to check flow and return temps and the temp rise across the heat exchanger to make sure they are within tolerance.
Was the system flushed and cleaned, and properly vented?

This plumber does not seen very experienced at dealing with boiler problems. Is he even gas registered?

If he cannot solve the problem himself then he should engage and pay someone who can! How much did he charge to install the new boiler?

I would always advise that having a boiler installed by someone who can do repairs is better!

thanks for the replys problem sorted now guy managed to find the air lock above the plaster board ceiling seems when they built the flats 10 years ago they didnt quite run the pipies at the right angles and created low spots for air to collect but all sorted now cheers for replys
