My 5 year old grant vortex has just started coming on when the thermostat is not asking for heat. If i switch it off and back on at the main switch it seems to sort itself out, until the next time the thermostat asks for heat. Any suggestions?

Thanks Norcon. By zone valve do you mean the diverter valve within the boiler?
