Ideal Esprit 24HE Hot Water but no Central Heating.

Hi guys,

recent problem,

hot water working no problem.

Boiler firing up for central heating and pump vibrates (took end cap off and spindle turns freely) but nothing else happens then slow flash boiler light (indicated heat up to level).

Boiler then does nothing.

Valves appear to be open and outlet pipe hot?

Thanks for any help.

System pressure!

Yeah, well that seemed to be the initial problem.

Boiler needed topping up but wife did it and topped right up!

I then drained it using drain plug to just over 1 bar.

Then problem started.

Any ideas?
