Ideal Logic combi 30 boiler.
3 years old with Honeywell cm 921 wireless room thermostat.
1) No communication loss. Relay box confirms it is receiving commands.
2) Have re-binded
3) works fine for a while but then when an "off" command is sent or a request
for a lower temp, the blue burner light on the boiler refuses to go out and
the boiler continues to burn.
Have gone through the set up procedure several times even had the
engineer try a new Relay Box (same make & Model) but still no joy.
Relay box's green light indicates it receives the commands but the boiler
refuses to obey.

Any ideas
Cheers Dave.

Try a simple voltage free thermostat.
If it doesn't work with that there is a fault.
If it does as is quite likely the fault is in your wireless thermostat as aways (wireless thermostats the devils work)

Yes. Easy just two wires to connect to a voltage free themostat
to the two terminals inside the cover of where the existing wireless
thermostat is.
