Lead pipe sizes

Hi everyone I have a lead pipe which has approximately 8cm diameter, can anyone tell me the size in inches please (for example is it 3/4)

that`s a soil pipe - you didn`t mean circumference did you ;) we work in mm. on t` building . eg 80mm. I`m intrigued - what`s the pipe doing .
 
80mm/8cm OD is too small for soil, too big for domestic water supply.

80mm circumference is roughly 25.4mm OD. That would be 1/2" 9lb lead.
3/4" 9lb (smallest 3/4" OD) is just over 30mm OD.
1/2" 7lb (most common domestic size) is a gnats c*** over 23mm OD - 73mm circumference.

I`ve seen 3 inch lead soil in use, never measured it though. But exellent answer on the size /weight of the small stuff ;)
