Hi all, I bought one of the above from Toolstation about 5 years ago and now need to replace the "hot" washer. Unfortunately I can't find one for love nor money....
They are not like an "ordinary" washer in that there is a circular ridge around the top of the washer where it sits in the cupped part of the tap (hopefully you know what I mean!) and it doesn't appear to be either 3/8" or 1/2".
I've contacted Toolstation who don't have replacements (?!), although they have offered to give me their suppliers' contact details.
Anyway, if anyone on here has had this problem before and knows where else I can source some washers in case the supplier only wants to sell me a thousand or some other mad quantity, I would be pleased to hear from you.
