Mira Advanced Thermastatic ATL Shower

I've had the above shower for about 7 years, without any problems. About 2 to 3 weeks ago the Service light would come on, the water would stop, start up again but just cold water. The shower won't now stop with the Stop Button and I have to use the electric switch.
By turning it off at the electric switch and on again from once to 5 times I can sometimes get the shower to work but even that's stopped working now.
As I'm disabled and not working I can't afford a plumber or a new shower and I hope someone can help me with the answer to my problem, so I can fix it myself if possible.

The Installation/User Guide has fault finding information on page 21 onwards.

Mira do not recommend DIY repairs. Understandable, as water and electricity do not mix.
