Hi there,
I have an old Baxi solo boiler for the central heating and hot water, with hot water stored in a cylinder in the loft. My electric 9kw shower has just given up the ghost so I've just fitted a wall mounted mixer tap to the taps on the bath. Seems to be working well and pressure looks better than what my electric shower was.
Question is, how long will the cylinder last with a shower? There are 3 of us in the house, so generally 3 consecutive-ish showers in the morning.
I'm hoping the mixer tap shower will keep us going until January when I'm hoping to have a combi and mixer bar valve shower fitted (fed from the combi).
Many thanks.
Chris
