New build house bath mixer tap too cold

Hi

We've recently moved into a new build home and the bath tap only puts out warm water due to health and safety. How the hell do I make thus tap warmer? All of the other taps and showers are able to throw out v hot water.

I get the h and s issue but I want to be bake to have a hot bath.

The tap is a hansgrohe mixer and I've removed the tap to reveal the temp limiter but it's already at the Max so I'm at a loss what to do. Any advice appreciated

Investigate other hot water draw off, if its different temperature let us know
