Does anyone have some accurate consumption figures for this boiler? Obviously it depends on the temp setting, and also time for boiler to reach temp before cutout engages, but just some sort of benchmark would be useful to work out hourly running cost versus Kwh cost of using immersion heater. The current/future price of oil certainly makes you think about these things!

Depending on what output your boiler is set up for, you should be able to work out from the commissioning details in your manual.
At 32 Kw, you will use 3.74 litres for every hour the BURNER runs. depending how efficient your system is, on heating you can expect it to run for 20 -30 mins of each demand period. On hot water, run it for an hour and see how hot it gets. If it is hot enough, then you can do your own calcs.
