Potterton EP2002 Timer problem

I have a problem with my Potterton EP2002, it seems to only work via weekdays Monday - Wednesday, on Thursday and Friday, it seems to take the times for the weekend.

Is there a way to reset the timer and start again?

Remove programmer from base - remove battery for a few seconds then replace in reverse order I thought the EP2002 was 7 day programme and not 5/2 day?

meaning that each day has to be programmed individually careful use of the copy day button to avoid copying weekend prog into weekdays by mistake!

great, I will give that a go.

It seems to be a 5/2 day programming, as M,T,W,T,F is highlighted on one programme the S,S on the other.

you dont say what happens on the week end so I'd have to ask is the day indicator showing the correct day?
