riello heavy oil burner bleeding from nozzle whens not work

i have riello heavy oil burner n10 series an is bleeding from the nozzle when is not working.so it loose the presure from the oil pump.where the problem begins?where can i find spare parts for this model?please help. :cry:

A Heavy oil Burner (200 secs and above) will have a cut off valve behind the nozzle because heated oil has to flow around the HP circuit prior to light up, it is likely that the cut off valve is faulty

Try contacting the Riello Service agent in Greece, they should be able to help - Riello burners are diffrent country by country so a UK site will not be able to be specific not knowing the spec for greece ;)
