Salus RT500RF & sabre 29he

hi ive got sabre 29he installed in my loft & have bought a Salus RT500RF how do you wire this up ive had electrician out & a heating engineer & none of them no what to do with it.

The instructions are easy to follow. Live and neutral to the stat along with two wires from the boiler for temperature control. Any particular bit that is causing the problem?
