Shower Pressure / Flow Problem Aqualisa Opto Thermo

Yesterday all of a sudden the pressure of my Aqualisa shower dropped and the spray coming out of the head was probably half what it usually is. This morning it was fine for 2-3 minutes and then dropped down again but not as bad as yesterday.

Has anyone any ideas what could be causing this, is it the shower or some kind of mains or other pressure issue.

I live in a new build house and its not an electric shower, I have a condensing boiler and a megaflo cylinder in the airing cupboard, no tank in the loft.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Did another appliance, washing machine or dishwasher, get turned on or did someone else flush the loo while you were in the shower?
