shower wont stop leaking cant identify the cartirdge - help!

hey my shower mixer wont stop leaking even when on off position, the head keeps dripping, I took off the cental mixer handle and the cartridge is clearly broken (somehow!)

I thought it would be a straightforward fix of insert new cartridge screw it back together and job done but cant work out who made it or where I can get a replacement - theres no markings on the shower mixer and has been there since I moved in.

Would be really helpful if you geniuses could tell me which one it is and where I can get another one from thanks!

Change the shower,cartridge will cost over a hundred quid anyway.

I've got the same problem with the exact same cartridge. The other post is correct A06 from Sanliv...have you found a replacement from another manufacturer?
