Hi, Im going to be fitting a new ensuite on the third floor of a property, I need to run a new soil stack from the ground floor to the third, there is a discharge pipe running horizontally under the timber floor at ground level that I want to tee into. My concern is how I will be able to do this considering I am going to need a slow bend any suggestions as just a standard tee wont work?

i cant give you any i havent started the job yet. im thinking a swept bend tee will do the job!?!?!

Where are you proposing to connect, internally or externally? I'd be wary of teeing into an existing line for a stack, especially if you are unable to get a rest bend at the foot of the stack. You may be forever going back to sort out blockages.....

Use a Y branch with two 135 bends to break the fall , use a vac relief across the 135 bends coupled with an access point.
