Help
I have a leak in the bathroom. It's the hot water pipe and it's only dripping but I'm moving house in a couple of weeks and don't want a sudden flood. I need to turn off the hot water - how do I do this with this boiler? Thanks.

You could turn ONE of the two grey filling handles to 'open' under the boiler. Think it's the LH one.

Don't ever turn both to 'open' at the same time or you will overpressurize the boiler.

This is a temporary measure and doesn't require tools. Boiler shouldn't be left indefinitely like this.

Something odd here!

Surely if you are selling the property its best to get it fixed yourself than to be hit with an over priced repair bill by the purchaser?
