We had a Vitodens 100-w installed about 3 years ago, replaced a boiler that had for 25 years. Problem we are having is that the room thermostats are totally ignored by the boiler. (we have three runs and domestic water on a 4th run). The house is keep heated but does not seem to be any relation to the thermostat in the room to the heat being circulated. We can in the middle of the hottest day in the summer have the thermostat turned right down and still have hot water circulating through the system. Been that way pretty much since the beginning. Can't be the thermostats as would not be all three going at the same time.

Any idea what is happening?

What type of system do you have ? Is it a system boiler with tanks?

You need to get an engineer in to look at the wiring

Edit

If the rads get warm when there is a demand for hot water, it could be a piping issue.

Have you got a frost stat fitted. I've had this before where the frost stat wasn't wired correctly
