Hi. We have very low water flow at present. The local water board has agreed to replace their communication pipe and reconnect under the lead replacement scheme. Between where the new blue pipe will come up in our building and where it will be connected to the existing pipework is some 10 metres. All existing pipework is 15mm. What I am wondering is if there will be any significant difference in flow if that pipe is 15 or 22mm. Will appreciate any advice.

Its two flats ,ground and first floor, at present been supplied on one supply.
Going to have two supplies running in first floor floor. Both internal supply need to travel about 10 metres to connect to existing pipework
