worcester bosch 28i RSF intermittent hot water

Hi,

I have a worcester bosch 28iRSF. Recently it has started to give intermittent hot water, particularly noticeable when having a shower.
It also seems to happen more when the CH is off, but this is not exclusive.
I have replaced the flow turbine and the thermistor, but this made no difference.
I am now thinking that it could be the PCB.

Any other ideas before I blow >£120 on a new PCB?
Also, is it worth spending this on a 8 year old boiler ?

When was it last serviced? Do you have inhibitor in the system? Sounds the same as the issues i had with mine, blocked plate heat exchanger.

I have a W/B boiler which is now 17 years old and it is going strong ,no recent repairs needed so I would hold on .You can always resell your PCB etc. if you swap in three years time.
