Hi I'm a newbie to the forum. I hope I can describe my problem so people can understand. Please bear with me.

We have a Worcester Danesmoor 15-19 oil boiler.
The system has developed a problem where the circulation pump is running all the time, even when everything else is turned off.
I have checked the two motorised valves and they are closed. Both thermostats are turned right back so not signalling to fire up the boiler. I have also tried turning back the control on the boiler itself. The only way I can stop the pump is if I turn off the main switch on the wall.
Anybody any ideas please.
Thanks in advance.

Failed microswitch in one of the motorised valves what make are your valves? ;)

Thanks Boilerman2
Sorry for not responding sooner.
Problem cured now. It was a sticking valve.
Paid Heating Engineer to look at it and he found it wasn't closing. Suggested to buy a new one.
I took it apart first, operated it several times and now it works.
Checked microswitch and it was working fine.
Must get a multimeter here and then I can save myself a few pennies/pounds!
Thanks again.
