New roof - hip style semi - cost

Already posted about our roof but this is purely to see if some of you could give some estimates regarding the cost of a re roof.

Current roof is hip style with plain concrete tiles. No felt.

Front and back about 5 metres, side is around 7 metres.

Scaffold - yes. Chimneys - no. Expect to pay another £300 - £500.

Scaffold prices vary enormously as do houses i.e. some need conservatories bridging etc. I allowed £600 for the 'chube chuckers".
