Rosemary Vent Tiles

Hi,

Could someone advise me what would be a suitable vent tile for fitting with old, narrow, Rosemary tiles circa 1920's

I need to vent an loft mounted extractor, ducting is 100mm.

No possibility to vent it under the eaves as the loft floor is 7 or 8ft up from the eaves.

Excellent many thanks.

I was worried about having to cut the roof batons, but looks like I can get an adapter that will fit through the batons and attach to the round 100mm ducting.
