I got the Boch kit from Costco in January for £119 (inc. VAT).
I'm happy with it, but it depends on what you are going to use them for.
I tend to use them when working on metal trunking. They are light and powerful enough.
I did look at the Makita kit, but the price swung it for Bosch.
I have no experience with Metabo kit. |

Typical of those Germans to make something that only lasts 20 years after the guarantee runs out. |

I've got the Bosch 10.8v tools and they are great, would recommend the LED torch as a must have tool.
In the latest Bosch catalogue that came today there doing a 10.8v combi drill now. |

I got the Bosch 10.8v driver, very useful. Also more versatile with the number of tools unlike Metabo and Makita which are limited. |

Anything German is good. Have got a shed load of both Bosch and Metabo power tools. Can't fault either of them.
Also got quite a few Festools. German again. |
