1 hr fire door

hiya y'all
Does anyone know where I can get a custom size fire door made.
I found 1 site that did them but didn't make a note of the address and now can't find it again.
I need a 1 hr fire door with a visibility panel in it, 810 wide x 1960 high.

can you not use a door blank,lip it and then cut the aperture as needed?

The only blank fire doors I know of are from Howdens which is trade only unfortunately.

Wouldn't you know it, as soon as i had sent the post I came across the note I had made for manchester panels who make custom fire doors,
A bit on the pricey side but sometimes you just have to smile and put your hand in your pocket.
I had tried Howdens and they said they could not supply.
Mind you, a trip over to canada to pick one up sounds a great idea...
Doyou think I could get it on the plane as hand baggage???
