I am removing a back door with a 30cm high window above it.
I will of course remove the old wooden door and window frame and use brick ties.
I would like to know if you can brick up the entire doorway in one go including the 30 cm high window above it, or should I stop part way up and complete the bricking up the next day.
I was wondering this because I didn't want to compress the mortor too much on the lower courses of bricks.
