Help condensation in loft

Hi. Is it the North side? I have come across this when down lighters have been fitted to bath/shower room ceilings allowing moist air to gravitate in to roof space and also extractor fans without exhaust duct fitted. Plumbing faults can have an effect, if you have a cold water storage cistern in the roof space check the temperature of the water, it may be warming owing to a thermostat or circulation problem. Ventilation will cure the problem but check out possible causes first. Good luck
How - come and wipe it off?
Insulate the ceiling to 250-300mm.
If it still occurs then put a couple of tile vents in to each elevation
