Notifiying LABC

Hi i have bought a 1900 house, it needs alot of work doing but nothing structural. do i need to inform the LABC.

It’s not just structural work that’s notifyable; most renovation work apart from general decorating is either notifyable or has to be completed by certified tradesmen who issue a certificate of compliance; windows/doors, kitchens, bathrooms, drainage, fires, c/heating; if you log onto your local council website there is a guide which lists which type of work you need to notify or have done by certified trades or post here & we will tell you! List all the work under one Building Notice or it will almost certainly work out more expensive.
