oil central heating boiler not working

Hi my boiler is locking out since running out of oil 2days ago -Ive had adelivery today.
Boiler is danesmann Hatchmoor 12/19
please can you help as its so freezing here

You need to bleed the oil supply line. This can be done at the pump on the burner. The pump is where the oil line connects to on the burner, if you look at the pump it will have a grub screw located on it, which you can undo slightly to let the air out, catching any oil with a cloth / paper towel. Then try to reignite.
 
You will need to bleed oil through the oil line. An oil pump wont pump air. Can be messy... wear rubber gloves.

Isolate oil supply; loosen flexi oil line from burner; open supply and drain oil into suitable container; isolate supply again; reconnect oil line to burner; open oil supply. Reset boiler and cross your fingers. Check for any leaks from the oil line connection.

Uncontaminated oil can be returned to your oil tank... DON'T tip it down the drain. Dirty oil can be poured onto tissue or newspaper and burnt.
