Hi there, thanks in advance for any help!
We have an external vent into our lounge that is currently circulating some lovely ice cold air around and negating our central heating incredibly well...
I know I can't block this up or obstruct it at all, we have a back boiler in the same room.
Externally it looks like this and is about 1.5' from the ground, air comes down our path and basically straight into it.

It seems to be in just the wrong place and directs cold air into the house unobstructed, and it really does let a lot of air in.
Internally it looks like:

Are there any alternatives I can use to stop losing so much heat and cash?
Thanks!
Jay.
