fixing roof tiles

what are the clips called that fix around the edge tile on your roof to stop them blowing off. ive had a couple of tiles blow off but want to fix them properly this time. also what is the procedure to re cement under the edge tile as the cement no longer holds the tile

when refitting the verge tiles lay them on a bed of cement.
when the cement is dry point the space which is left to a smooth finish.

The tile manufacturer should be able to supply Wind Zone charts to allow you to determine if your roof needs clipping and what kind of clips. If they don't provide them, a quick call to their technical department should turn up the info.
