Roller blinds in Colt Roto roof lights

I have two in my loft, both in when I moved in 10 yrs ago although one had to be enlarged as it didn't meet Bldg regs for fire exit. Each one has a roller blind, but both have perished in the sun, but I am damned if I can work out how to get them out.

The Loft Room who supplied them weren't answering phones today but they may call me back on Monday.

Any clues?
