Hi Everone
my back kitchen floor has been concreted at leas 150mm above the dpc which is the old slate type. this was done in 1976 by the council then they sold these houses on. it has a bathroom and toilet extension at the same floor height all concrete. the living room floor is at the same height but is suspended wood. I want to build a conservatory and keep the floors all the same height. can anyone tell me how to get round the dpc problem.
the floor heght outside is about 200mm drop from the internal floors and you can see the dpc outside about 1 brick up from the outside floor.
The bathroom extension dpc is about 3 bricks up from the outside
cheers everyone

Set the dpc height, on the connie, at internal floor level.

If this dpc height is 200mm up from the external ground level then so be it - no problem. Just means you will need a step/s.
