drainage problem

i have just looked at drawings extension.a single storey wrap around.the ground slopes at ths side (the front of the house is at ground level the back door has steps leading up to it.
the drawings require a rwp at the back of the proposed extension but the height of the drain is uphill uf where the bottom of the new rwp will be.how can i make rainwater flow "up" to the drain.

you'll probably need to contact a drain clearing specialist. They usually try to clear the blockage first by using a high pressure water jet. If you're not sure if it's only your drain that's blocked or if you need advice on choosing a specialist contractor contact your Local Environmental Health Office

I assume that rwp means rain water pipe. Can you re-position the rwp? If neccessary ask planning for an adjustment to the drawings and explain why. Usually no cost and minimum delay involved. On a wrap-around extension does that mean that your gutter outlet can be positioned nearer to the front of the building?

Another alternative is to take the rain water to a soakaway, not to the soil water drain. Check the drawings carefully, this might be what the architect had in mind.
