Please could someone tell me the quantities of gravel,sand, and cement required for a concrete Shed base 2380mm x 1190mm x 100mm thick Thanks

3/4 of a tonne of ballast (sand and gravel mixed) and 5 x 25kg bags of cement.

And water of course!
