Is my chimney capped?? - Picture provided

This might sound a bit daft but can someone tell me if my chimney is capped. I live in a mid-terraced house and I live in the house to the right of the picture. I have taken a picture of the chimney which is on:

both the right hand vents are capped one with this View media item 9740
the other with this View media item 10020 the top one is used for redundant vents and the one on the left is used to create draw on solid fuel burning fires.
