anybody know of any good websites that show how to apply dot and dab to regular and also 25mm insulated plasterboard?

Buy a can of Insta-Stik expanding foam adhesive.

Much easier, less mess, quicker, and you can start to skim 15 minutes after fixing

Just squirt it on the board or wall, wait 30 seconds, press the board on, support for a minute or so. Done

There are a few practical issues that foam can not address. Applying to the board and not the wall has its drawbacks as does any areas that require extensive thickening, levelling and direct point application.

Large amounts of duct/pipe/cable/back-box/batten can also bamboozle the foam.

Otherwise it is great gear. :LOL:
