Hi,

Been looking around for cheap prices on sectional garages and come across reasonable pricing on posts and flat faced gravel board. They stock three way and corner posts, all pre-stressed steel re-enforced.

1). Has anyone ever tried building a workshop or garage out these materials? (the reseller shows pictures of 6foot walls made out of them)

2). If I have to have planning approval because the base is close to a boundary but 60foot from any property, would using these materials prove problematic?

Cheers,

DC

It will depend upon your expectations really.

A conc' sectional garage is fairly 'low end' and one formed from g.b's even lower. Plus you will have the headache of somehow attaching a roof to the tops of the g.b's.

Weather-tightness will be a nightmare.
