i've just bought a new house and on the survey the only thing that came up was that some lead flashing needs replacing.

to the side of the house there is an attached garage which runs across the length of the house, approx 9m. it has a pitched roof which joins onto the side of the house which is where the flashing is coming away. the survey said it has already been repaired and now needs replacing.

any ideas on how much i should expect to pay to have something like this done? is it something that is fairly easy to do yourself, or something that should be left to the professionals?

cheers

Info' wise - too vague.

But expect replacement flashings to be around £80p/m fitted.

Probably.
