Had a couple of quotes for converting my leaking flat roof over my 3rd bedroom extension on my 1930's semi. The size of the roof is 15m square and quotes came in at £2500 and £3000 which I thought was reasonable. The second more expensive quote included plastic soffits and facias and I think he said guttering(not had written quote yet).They will be reusing the rosemary tiles they remove to blend into existing roof and using reclaimed for the rest
