Pesky 0845 and 0800 numbers

These numbers are charged outside of the included minutes on a mobile phone contract and really rack up that phone bill if one is not careful. It is darned annoying and just not cricket.

T Mobile's new flext plan includes most of them including 0871 numbers and international calls to Spain, France & a host of other countries including the likes of Ghana.

Mine costs me £35 a month but that is an upgrade from a previous Flext 35 plan, think the cost for new customers is £40 P/month.

I've saved a right few bob with it these past few months.

say no to 0870 give you alternative number including national numbers in place off 0870/0845/0800 ect

For calling freephone numbers I use the number: 020 0222 0700 and then enter the freephone number. The 0202 number comes out of my inclusive minutes and don't get charged extra for the freephone part.

Dial the 020 number then the prompt will ask for you to enter the freephone number.

unfortunately T Mobile are wise to this and you get

"calls to this number are not being connected"

tried it today on o2 called number then prompted me to enter number so worked for me cheers for thats
