boiler problem

just had new pump fitted but got couple of cold radiators have bled them but has made no difference and hot water tank is not heating up - it used to get extremely hot but now it is lukewarm It is a coal fire back boiler
can anyone help please?

Whoever changed the pump should have checked the system to ensure it was working properly.

Did the cold rads get hot before you had the pump changed?
