Where can I resource spare parts for a Menvier TS690 alarm

Simples

Any thoughts as to where non-trade can purchase spare parts for a mature Menvier intruder alarm system.
In particular I am trying to resource a control panel for a Menvier TS690. The existing panel has stopped talking to the system controller and the LCD panel has lost clarity.
If parts are not available, is there any substitute panel that I could use in its place.
