Anyone know what type of tile this is?

Hi,

I am trying to identify an old concrete tile. I've been told it is no longer being manufactured. Just wondered if anyone recognises the profile.

Can't say i recognize the tiles , i'm sure on of the other lads more local to you on here will be able to ID them.

Where abouts in Herts are you?

I'm in Hemel and have a 1950s house.

I've got a patch of felt missing and the back of my tiles reads:

Redland 50
862055

A quick google says Marley and Redland were 2 of the main tile manufacturers for post-war houses.

Do you know who your house was built by?

Try google image search for "Redland interlocking tile" and you might spot yours?

I have not seen those before but they are pig ugly.

If they are concrete they could be Anchor Ancona, but I would not put money on it..
