Hi,

I need to level a rough floor, think surface of the moon and you get the idea.

Seriously its probably got around 1 - 1.5 cm of variation in a room 2m x 4m. Latex would be very easy but very expensive, a full floor screed of normal sharp mix would be too thin.

I can come up about 2.5cm max and I might be able to lower the odd bump to <1cm. so I should get 1.5cm min depth.

With that in mind what product/mix would you guys recommend?

If it makes any difference its a down stairs Kitchen floor that I would probably lino....

Thanks,

Richard

not sure how latex will be expensive ina small room like 2m x 4m.you wond anything to compete that works i fear.the trouble with latex (SLC) is,people think it just levels its self but it doesnt and most people mix it too thick and have some nice bumps in it.
